St. Bernadette Patron Saint Medal

Saint Bernadette was a simple, pious Shepherdess, who received the apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Lourdes, France. After the eighteenth apparition, Our Lady sprung a mysterious spring of healing waters, which still flows to this day at the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes.

Bernadette is the Patron Saint of the ill, poor, sheep tenders, and those ridiculed for their piety. Her feast days are April 16th (traditional), and February 18th (new calendar).
